Predictable and mostly boring
Mr Blue Skyby Electric Light Orchestra. It’s a good idea, not original, but not that bad. The film starts well, but then goes from one unrealistic situation to another.
It’s not witty at all
Who has seen "Day of the Beast" by the same director, will be very disappointed. The situations are unrealistic, but not in the ridiculous instant-classic way of the aforementioned films. On the contrary, everything is predictable and the jamming continues endlessly, without any planning.
The lack of preparation and care for this product is so obvious
If you want to watch a Spanish movie with a general story about cars, try "Dime dónde viajas". It’s not a very good movie, but at least the story is more fascinating and the main character more interesting. There is also a bit of mystery and some references to songs and popular Spanish culture.
In this product, on the contrary, none of that can be found, the bed scenes, the love scenes, the action scenes are mediocre
I give it a 5 because it is watchable, but 1 hour and 35 minutes seem eternal, one hour is enough to tell this story that goes nowhere.

In this short video, IMDb tries to answer: Where the hell was Batman?
Line of Events
After the events of “Batman” (2022), Oz Cobb, aka The Penguin, tries to seize the reins of the underworld in Gotham. Except for the bat signal in the final shot of the season finale, we never got a Robert Pattinson cameo in The Penguin.
The DC Studios logo is located in a rainy Gotham alley
Colin Farrell fought hard for his version of the Penguin to smoke tobacco in Batman (2022), but to no avail. However, in his own series, the character is depicted as a casual tobacco user who prefers cigars.
An umbrella falls and the logo changes to that of Warner Bros
Featured in Graham Norton & Guests: Lady Gaga/Demi Moore/Colin Farrell/Richard Ayoade/Jack Savoretti (2024). The first episode is a direct sequel to Matt Reeves’ Batman, and I think those who haven’t seen the last one are a little lost.
It also captures the film’s aesthetic and dark tone well, although the show has many more moments of sly frivolity than the film
But I watched “Batman” a while ago, and this show did a wonderful job of quickly reacquainting me with the premise of the movie without getting bogged down in didactic repetition. As in “Batman”, Colin Farrell perfectly portrays the Penguin as a stereotypical mobster “street guy”: uncouth, blasphemous, unstable and prone to violence; but also intelligent, cunning and able to read people.
But so far everything is going great
The character may have absolutely nothing in common with the comic book version, but he is interesting in his own right. I have my doubts that the show will give Penguin a teenage helper; and I don’t know if Penguin’s shenanigans will be enough to last a whole season.
